day TWELVE

I've had this bike since 5th grade, which replaced another one that was stolen from me. Who steals a 9-year-old's bike?? Anyway, this is the one I've been riding recently, and I think it's time for a new one. Don't you think?

day ELEVEN

Blurry picture, but you can guess that's a bowling alley. Went out for sushi and galactic bowling tonight with my aunt and cousin. Fun times!

day TEN

There are useful, well-thought-of mnemonics, and then there are my goofy ways of remembering things. This is my way of remembering the difference between the actions of mydriatic (which I spelled wrong on the page) and miotic eye medications and their effects on the pupil. Hey, whatever works, right?

day EIGHT

Nothing exciting happened today. Here's a picture of me looking bored, and now you know what's on my desktop...and in photo booth, haha. That last picture in the PhotoBooth reel is of my dilated pupils when I had my eyes dilated, not that you can see them.

day SEVEN

Went for a quick bike ride tonight, and came across a cautious raccoon outside an area of thick trees. I took my camera along and snapped a picture. I knew you wouldn't be able to see much, but all you can see is its glowing, beady eyes. They're cute little buggers, but you have to be careful of the rabid ones!

day SIX: Valentine's Day

It's Valentine's Day, and my boyfriend sent me a beautiful bouquet of red roses, complete with a vase! :)

day FIVE

Oops, I've already fallen behind on this 365 project! I actually did nothing but sit at home all day today and study, so here's a picture I took last week. I saw this across the street at my neighbor's house, and couldn't help but laugh at how funny this looked. And, I don't think it was intentional, unless the neighbors actually do have a sense of humor.

day FOUR

Took pictures today of a stray dog that my friend has been taking care of and treating so that she can find it a home. She named her Honey, and she's such a sweet dog. I hope they can find her a good home with a good family!

day THREE

My aunt's 18-year-old kitty, still lookin' sharp. She's really spoiled, and always hungry, but I guess being that old we might as well spoil her and let her be kinda fat. I'm surprised she stayed so still for me to take this picture!

day TWO

There is hardly a day that passes when my grandma does not ask me how to turn on the TV. She is technologically challenged, so this Brighthouse DVR remote is like rocket science to her. She hardly uses the DVR buttons, and literally only watches like 3 channels, which are the Spanish channels where she watches her novelas, aka 'bla blas'. There are also 2 power buttons on the remote, and that just blows her mind, haha. So, I took my brother's idea and taped paper over the remote and cut out squares that show only the buttons she will ever really need. Tada! Now I just need to make a removable sleeve type thing so people that do know how to use it can use the other buttons as well.

day ONE

Studying, yet again, for the most important test of my life (so far): the NCLEX-RN exam. With some Pandora music running in the background. David Guetta, Lenny Kravitz, and Sublime stations are a few of my favorites.
